Our laboratory testing services are provided under a separate Service Agreement. Results reported are specific to the samples as received and tested. Bioanalytica accepts no liability for decisions made based on test results without appropriate professional advice.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and analytical reports, is the property of Bioanalytica Pty Ltd or its content suppliers and protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bioanalytica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of our testing services complies with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements including TGA, APVMA, FSANZ, and relevant state legislation.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
